The Bayonet Helical Static Mixing Nozzle contains 24 heavy duty polypropylene mixing elements within the shaft to ensure a perfect mix of both components. The tapered and stepped Quadro square nozzle allows for dispensing directly onto surfaces to be glued, or, for larger beads, it may be cut to suit the size of the bead required. A luer lock needle tip may also be added for dispensing into tight spaces, or when smaller beads are required.
The square geometry of the inner core consists of a series of alternating left- and right-hand elements with intermittent flow inverters. These provide consistent, high quality mixing, effectively channelling the material from the walls into the center of the mixer, and from the center out to the walls.
8-MXN-50 is specially designed for use with most 1:1 two-part/dual component cartridges. The used nozzle may be left on the cartridge between uses to provide a tight seal and protect from exposure to air and humidity once the material within the shaft cures.

DEOX R15 Food Safe Industrial Chain Lubricant is a non-toxic, solvent-free water resistant lubricating spray, recommended for all types of chain and conveyor applications in food processing machinery, pharmaceutical, and other clean environments. It is formulated with high performance additives and paraffinic white oils for thermal stability and lubricity. Regular use may increase the service life of chains and machinery, minimising down time and increasing productivity.
R15FS provides excellent corrosion and wear protection, and contains adhesive properties which allow it to cling to the surface and resist both hot and cold water wash-off. It may be used as a protective anti-rust film, a release agent on gaskets or seals of tank closures, and as a lubricant for machine parts and equipment.
Industrial Food Safe Chain Lubricant can be used in locations in which there is a potential exposure of the lubricated part to food, or where incidental food contact can occur. It contains no known allergens present in its formula or the manufacturing thereof.
