DEOX R14SF Silicone Fluid

DEOX R14SF Silicone Fluid is a colourless, odourless, non-toxic, and non-staining assembly lubricant offering superior performance in a variety of ways. It has a low surface tension for easy workability, excellent dielectric properties, a wide temperature range, and is thermally stable when exposed to excessive heat for short or extended periods.

R14SF is a water repellent rust preventative, and with neutral acidity, it is chemically inert to most common materials. It is soluble in a wide range of solvents and is used in multiple industrial applications, such as paint and coating additives, mechanical fluids and penetrating oils, high gloss polishes, thread lubricants, oil heaters, wet transformers, and many others. It also a great release agent for rubber, plastic, and non-ferrous die casting.

DEOX R15 Chain & Cable Lubricant

DEOX R15 Chain & Cable Lubricant provides maximum lubrication and rust protection under all environmental and temperature conditions. Its non-foaming formula will not attract dust or dirt, ensuring complete penetration and resisting unwanted build-up.

R15 works extremely well at preventing wear due to friction and elevated temperatures. It is recommended for all types of heavy duty and industrial chain and conveyor applications.

Chain & Cable Lubricant can also be used to loosen rusted parts, as well as being a release agent on gaskets or seals. It is highly suited for all mechanical parts and equipment, and its regular use may increase the service life of chains and machinery, minimising down time and increasing productivity.

Use DEOX R15 for chains, wire cables and ropes, hoists, hinges, gears, conveyors, locks, and internal and external moving parts.

DEOX R1™ Multi-Purpose (Prev. Thin Film) Lubricant with PTFE

DEOX R1™ Multi-Purpose Lubricant with PTFE provides enhanced protection against friction and wear, extending the service life of tools and equipment, and ensuring the highest possible level of mechanical stability. It features great water displacement and superior corrosion resistance, drying quickly and leaving no residue. With premium lubrication properties, R1 with PTFE performs well as a mould release agent, and is recommended for use on most metals, plastics, and glass.

DEOX R21 Paraffin Oil

Also known as White Oil or Mineral Oil, DEOX R21 is a colourless and odourless oily liquid with many uses. It is a stable and safe product that is commonly found in lubricants in the food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

DID YOU KNOW… Paraffin is a generic name used for certain alkaline hydrocarbons. The solid form of these hydrocarbons is known as paraffin wax, while the liquid form is called liquid paraffin oil.

DEOX R2L Air Tool Lubricant

DEOX R2L Air Tool Lubricant is a high performing complex blend of refined mineral oil distillates, corrosion inhibitors, and extreme pressure additives. It offers superior lubrication and protection of moving internal tool parts.

R2L absorbs moisture and prevents the formation of calcium deposits, extending tool life, preventing parts seizure, and keeping pneumatic tools in peak condition. It is a pleasant smelling, industry-wide product which can also be used for the lubrication and maintenance of tools and equipment, such as sanders, jackhammers, impact wrenches, ratchets, polishers, air motors, and many others.

DEOX R30 Dry Lube with PTFE

DEOX R30 Dry Lube is a Teflon™ based, powerfully effective low odour dry lubricant resistant to high and low temps, and perfect for all weather applications. It is free of  chlorinated solvents and silicone, and is non-staining and non-oily. R30 contains excellent film-forming and anti-seize properties, and its extremely low static coefficient of friction makes it a superb lubricant for industrial applications where low speeds and light loads are involved.

DEOX R30 Dry Lube bonds to most surfaces, including metal, wood, rubber, plastic, and glass. It protects from and reduces friction, wear, and the seizing up of mechanical parts, in addition to lubricating sliding tracks, locks and catches, hinges, conveyor belts, gears, windows, and much more.

DEOX R31 Solid Film Lubricant

DEOX R31 Solid Film Lubricant is a high purity graphite-based tack-free dry film, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It is formulated to produce a very slick UV resistant Teflon-like barrier between metal surfaces to reduce friction and wear whilst providing a high level of lubrication and corrosion protection.

R31 does not attract dirt and is ideal for the long-lasting smooth operation of hinges, latches, locks, and threaded parts. It withstands a wide range of continuous hot and cold temperatures between -74°C and +426°C, and is commonly used in many industrial operations involving high speed cutting tools.

Solid Film Lubricant provides protection from damage during repetitive movement and is suitable for application where wet greases or oils cannot be used, or are difficult to apply or retain.

DEOX R31 can be used on parts which slide, rotate, or are regularly under frictional stress, such as engines, mining equipment, and various industrial machinery. It is also an excellent sacrificial break-in lubricant and mould release agent for plastics and rubbers.
