Sliding Gate Hardware

This sliding block guide rail is compatible with the GTR232 sliding gate blocks and the GTR231 aluminium slide block channel.

This Z section aluminium guide rail  is fastened/bolted/welded to the Gate and runs inside the sliding block to hold the gate vertical. It is ideal for mounting a guide for sliding gates that have pickets, wire, or timber slats attached to the front of the gate. They also guide the gate on sloping/uneven ground.

A range of Hanging Gate Channels to are availablesuit our range of Hanging Gate 2 Wheel Roller Sets, Hanging Gate 4 Wheel Roller Sets, and Hanging Channel Brackets (both roof and wall mount).

This hanging channel has a length of 3m, and has a channel width of 35mm.

This channel is suitable for doors up to 260kg(max) with a minimum of 3 Hanging Channel Brackets for support. The brackets should be no more than 966mm apart.

A 5.8m long channel is also available in this size, See GTR071 for more information. Alternatively, two lengths of track can be joined together using a Hanging Joint Support Bracket. Bracket to suit channel: GTR151

Richmond’s range of hanging rollers are widely used for applications such as factory doors, garage doors, heavy duty commercial sliding doors, hanging gate solutions, space dividers, or large doors. Our hanging door equipment can also be used as horizontal truck door rollers. The hanging channel & rollers sit up high and out of the way of loading zones platform of the truck, allowing for goods to be loaded and unloaded without obstruction.

Besides the ease of installation on existing concrete driveways, it is a simple process to replace a section of the track if damage was to occur in future.

M6.5mm x  38mm long Drive Anchor Pin for mounting Richmond’s GTR010(3m) and GTR091(1m) bolt-down sliding gate track.

To install drill a hole to the required diameter and length. Insert the drive anchor pin into the hole, and hammer down the expansion nail until the head is flush with the flange of the anchor.

Richmond stock a 6.5mm diameter drill bit (GTR178) to drill the holes fort the drive anchor pins to be inserted in.
