SN100C Lead Free Solder Bar alloys are developed by Nihon Superior in Japan. It is comprised of tin, copper, and a small amount of nickel. Rapidstick™ 8-145 Epoxy Putty is an impact resistant kneadable putty with high bond strength. It consists of two parts in a 1:1 mix ratio and can be easily applied by hand or trowel. Part A (Resin – outer part) and Part B (Hardener – inner part) are separated by a thin film of plastic, and once removed and thoroughly kneaded to combine, the putty sets into an extremely tough, permanent substance, equal to the hardness of metal, in just 15 minutes at room temperature.
8-145 is used as a moldable space-filler for any shaped space, wet or dry, and can be used as a sealant, gap filler, adhesive, putty, or cement. It can be easily applied by hand or trowel, and bonds to a wide range surfaces, with excellent adhesion to most substrates.

Rapidstick™ 8-420 Methacrylate Structural Adhesive is a versatile and convenient 10:1 dual component, 100% reactive, low shrinkage, high elongation formula, used for bonding an expansive array of metals, thermoplastics, thermosets, and composite assemblies, without the need for surface primers or conditioners.
8-420 offers an extremely strong, flexible bond, with excellent peel and sheer resistance, high fatigue endurance, and high impact strength – at both low and elevated temperatures. Its non-sagging and thixotropic formulation ensures that bonding can be undertaken quickly and from multiple angles within a working time of 3 to 4 minutes, achieving 80% ultimate strength in as little as 18 minutes.
This innovative new generation high grade blend of low-odour, non-flammable, and non-carcinogenic monomers further extends the progression into our Responsible Chemistry program.
8-420 is commonly used for:
- Bonding locators to ACM without read-though or witness marks
- Bonding mild steel frames to FRP, assuring high vibration and impact resistance

Rapidstick™ 8-509 Structural Adhesive is a two-component, 100% reactive toughened adhesive with excellent impact, peel, and shear resistance in a convenient 10:1 mix ratio. Its non-sagging and thixotropic formulation is specially formulated for bonding a wide variety of metals such as galvanised metals, stainless steel, and aluminium, to itself and to plastics, including thermoplastics, thermosets, and composite assemblies.
8-509 uses next-gen nano technology for exceptional results in demanding industrial applications, with ultra-fast strength development in gaps up to 10mm, and resistance to powder coating temperatures of up to 204oC. It requires no surface preparation or priming before application, and is commonly used for bonding automotive components, marine assemblies, thermoform enclosures, electrical components, metal fabrications, and signs.

Rapidstick™ 8-5811 Anaerobic Thread Sealant is a Class III methacrylate ester compound offering immediate low pressure resistance for all metal threads on pipes, joints, and fittings with variable pressures and alternating temperatures. It provides excellent lock and seal properties to resist loosening and leakage during testing and after full cure. Suitable for use on all active metals without the need for priming, its excellent thixotropic nature prevents migration.
8-5811 is a soft setting sealant with a potable water safe formulation that protects against corrosion, shock, and vibration. It will not creep, shrink, gall, migrate, or block systems, and is an excellent sealant for gases, water, LPG, hydrocarbons, oils, and other chemicals.
Note: It is recommended to prime inactive metals first with Rapidstick™ Anaerobic Adhesives Primer.

Rapidstick™ 8116 UV Curable Adhesive
Rapidstick™ 8116 UV Curable Adhesive is a low viscosity, high wetting, 100% solids liquid glue which provides an ‘on demand’ bond, eliminating drying and heat curing. It offers many advantages in bonding where the adhesive can be exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light with a remarkably fast, almost instant cure, due to its maximum UV absorption range of between 350 and 380 nanometers.
8116 exhibits good resistance to temperature extremes and high humidity, with excellent clarity, low shrinkage, and slight flexibility. It is superior to other adhesives when bonding glass to glass or glass to metal, and is ideal for wicking and low bubble formation.
8116 is designed to give the best possible clear adhesion to glass surfaces, metals, wood, and other glass filled materials. It is highly recommended for bonding glass furniture, sculptures and trophies, crystal assemblies, glass tops, and optical items.

It used for the permanent bonding and sealing of threads and retaining of cylindrical parts, and is ideal for small screws and fasteners 6mm and under – particularly those loosening under vibration.
8222 is highly resistant to heat, water, gases, oils, hydrocarbons, and many chemicals, and is specifically suitable for applications requiring the adjustment of set screws and fasteners where easy disassembly is required. Best performance is achieved in thin bond gaps.

Rapidstick™ 8232 Retaining Compound is a highly lubricating medium strength compound formulated to facilitate the assembly and removal of cylindrical fitting parts with heavy press/interference fits, or highly torqued threaded assemblies. It eliminates corrosion and prevents galling and pick-up during disassembly while increasing dismounting forces.

Rapidstick™ 8242 Threadlocker is fast curing with medium strength and specifically formulated to give controlled friction and torque/tension ratio during assembly. It is designed for plated parts and vibrating or moving components, and is ideal for fasteners with diameters between 6mm to 20mm (1/4” to 3/4″).
8242 provides a chemically resistant lock and seal to threaded joints, nuts, screws, and studs, meeting 90% of all nut and bold thread locking applications, and performs best in thin bond gaps. It can also be used for the retaining of cylindrical parts.
