Liquid Chisel LC401 Red Dust Remover is an advanced acidic blend cleaning solution for the removal of iron ore red dust and heavy road dirt from metal, rubber, plastic, glass, and painted surfaces. Its powerful chemical formulation also dissolves rust without any mechanical action required, rinsing away easily with no streaking. Frequently used in the mining and construction industries, LC401 is fast acting and results in a chemically clean, corrosion-free surface.
Red Dust Remover is typically used on a wide range of excavation and other heavy equipment and structures, as well as aluminium doors, boats, and parts that can be sprayed, wiped, or immersed.

Usage

It is ideally used for internal sealing and simple bonding applications. Seek manufacturer’s advice and perform tests on original substrates before using Sikaflex®-221 on materials prone to stress cracking. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Test with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
