CRC Copper Anti-Seize
DESCRIPTION
CRC Copper Anti-Seize and Lubricating Compound is a general purpose anti-seize lubricant that prevents seizing and galling caused by high temperatures, heavy loads, vibration and corrosion. This unique formula has a smooth texture, fine particle sizing and familiar copper colour, making it an excellent choice for closely fitted parts that need extreme lubrication. Regular use of Copper Anti-Seize will increase performance and prolong equipment life.
Applications
A copper-Based compound, safe for use on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. CRC Copper Anti seize is electrically conductive and resistant to high temperatures, protecting parts up to 982°C. It makes a good choice for use on soft metals as it does not compromise integrity of soft metals. It does not harden, and heat does not affect the lubricating qualities of this product.

Corrosion InhibitorsCRC Orange Zinc
DESCRIPTION
CRC Orange Zincs unique formulation combines superior rust inhibiting properties of zinc with a tough but flexible enamel coating and a coloured satin finish in recognised safety colours. High levels of anti-corrosive zinc complexes are embedded in a resin system which forms a quick-drying highly-protective enamel coating with excellent adhesion to bare metal. CRC Orange Zinc provides a satin top-coat finish but unlike standard paint systems, resists undercutting and blistering from corrosion by forming an effective corrosion barrier. For ultimate protection, prime the metal surface with CRC Zinc It prior to applying CRC Orange Zinc. To achieve a high film build, use CRC Prep It as an intermediate coat if required. Ongoing protection can be achieved through simple re-coating within 3 years, depending on conditions. Protection in extreme conditions may require re-application more frequently.Applications
Shake can until agitator ball is moving freely and then for at least 1 further minute to ensure content is thoroughly mixed. Apply a number of thin coats with smooth even strokes to clean, dry surface holding can approximately 25cm from surface. When finished spraying, clean valve by turning can upside down and pressing button until only pressure escapes.
