Thermalle™ CARBOVOLT Carbon Conductive Grease is formulated with a carbon-based additive to provide excellent conductivity and lubrication. It is an economical low-cost mechanical and thermal conductor for irregular or pitted surfaces and loose or vibrating parts. CARBOVOLT will protect closed switches from corrosion, prevent the formation of oxides, sulphides, and other corroding deposits on copper and aluminium surfaces, improve the connection between worn contacts and non-moving mating surfaces, and reduce arcing hot spots.
CARBOVOLT relies on a proprietary carbon filler rather than traditional metallic particles for electrical conductivity. It is typically used as a ground and is particularly useful when trying to drain static electricity away from moving objects, from low micro-power electronics through to high voltage switchgear.
Non-hardening and non-melting with a high resistance to water washout, CARBOVOLT offers a board service temperature range with continuing lubrication, and low bleed and evaporation. It is ideal for ground connections, rotating connections, rotary switches, variable capacitors, roller inductors, roller bearings, slip rings, slide connectors, and potentiometers.

DEOX R70 Electrical Protector & Conductivity Enhancer is a highly advanced, non-conductive electrical protector, extremely effective in aggressive environments and tropical climates, including those in the industrial and marine industries. Solder Wick, also known as ‘Solder Braid’ or ‘Desoldering Wick’, is RoHS compliant and can be used with leaded and lead free rework. It is used most often in the rework and repair of circuit boards within computers, cell phones, or other electronics. It allows the user to remove excess solder from components or pads on the circuit board without leaving any residues behind. Chemtools Solder Wick products maximise thermal conduction and solder retention.
Solder Wick is made with an oxide-free copper braided into a weave configuration. Immediately after braiding, the wick is cleaned in an environmentally friendly process. Every precaution is taken to ensure that the braid remains oxide-free until it is coated through a proprietary fluxing process using pure type ‘R’ resin flux conforming to all the requirements of Mil-F14256F, Type ‘R’, as well as ANSI/J-STD-004.
DEOX R60 Heavy Duty Silicone Spray is a water displacing, high performance light lubricant, offering excellent corrosion resistance to extreme weather and temperature conditions, as well as salt spray deposits and some chemical assaults. It leaves a residual film of friction-reducing lubricant to protect from wear in non-load bearing mechanical assemblies, and promotes a reduction of adhesion between sliding surfaces, including tracks, hinges, and conveyors.
R60 provides high industrial grade lubrication of gears and other moving parts and components. It is formulated for safe use on rubber, paintwork, and most plastics, and is commonly used as a mold release agent across multiple industries.
