The Bayonet Helical Static Mixing Nozzle contains 16 heavy duty polypropylene mixing elements within the shaft to ensure a perfect mix of both components. The spiralling/bow-tie elements of the inner core repeatedly divide and combine both materials in a circular flow to provide consistent, high quality intermixing, effectively channelling the material radially from the walls into the center of the mixer, and from the center out to the walls.
