The F System Mixing Nozzle contains 24 heavy duty polypropylene mixing elements within the shaft to ensure a perfect mix of both components. The tapered and stepped Quadro square nozzle allows for dispensing directly onto surfaces to be glued, or, for larger beads, it may be cut to suit the size of the bead required. A luer lock needle tip may also be added for dispensing into tight spaces, or when smaller beads are required.
The square geometry of the inner core consists of a series of alternating left- and right-hand elements with intermittent flow inverters. The Twist Lock Helical Static Mixing Nozzle contains 24 heavy duty polypropylene mixing elements within the shaft to ensure a perfect mix of both components. The spiralling/bow-tie elements of the inner core repeatedly divide and combine both materials in a circular flow to provide consistent, high quality intermixing, effectively channelling the material radially from the walls into the center of the mixer, and from the center out to the walls.
