Hydrolube Gas Line Superior Grade PTFE Thread Seal Tape is a heavy duty high density tape of 1.2g/cm3 which is generally used for critical applications such as natural gas or large, coarse threads. Hydrolube Plumbing Thread Sealant is a high-performance anaerobic paste, suitable for use on all active metals without the need for priming. Its excellent thixotropic nature prevents migration of the sealant before or during cure to ensure the absence of system blockages. It is a Class III methacrylate ester compound offering an immediate low-pressure lock and seal, with a rated working gas pressure of 2,000 kPa.
Plumbing Thread Sealant cures in the presence of metal and absence of air.
