The ABM-14 is a bevelling machine designed to mill plate made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel or aluminium alloys. In just one single run the machine can bevel up to 2.6 m/min. (8.5 ft/min.) to a width of 12 mm (1/2″) in workpieces with tensile strength of Rm 392 MPa (57,000 psi). Maximum bevel width is 14 mm (9/16″). Depending on materials two or more runs are needed. Bevel angles incl. 30° (standard) and with optional angle variation devices also 22.5°, 25°, 35°, 37.5° or 45°. The machine can bevel plates from the top and bottom. In the case of the milling tool getting stuck in the material and beveling cannot be continued the direction of rotation of the tool can be reversed to release the machine from the workpiece. Hearing protection equipment not required as the noise produced by the machine does not exceed 70 dB.

The BM20 PLUS is a quality European made, portable, easy to use, heavy duty machine designed for bevelling steel plates & pipes prior to welding or edge finishing work. The bevelling machine is fitted with two milling heads each holding five carbide inserts allowing smooth operation and exceptional efficiency.
Milling cutter heads provide a smooth milled finish. End planing can be achieved with optional attachment.

The BM21 is the latest generation portable bevelling machine, for machining plates and pipes prior to welding. The BM25 is an easy to use, portable heavy-duty machine designed for bevelling steel plates prior to welding. The beveller is equipped with powerful motor and fitted with face milling bevelling head, allowing smooth operation and exceptional efficiency.

BM25 enables milling straight edges up to 25mm bevel width, whereas variable spindle speed facilitates optimizing cutting conditions. Continuously adjustable milling depth and bevel angle between 0° and 90° require no tooling to change. BM25 has got a state-of-the-art electronic motor overload module protecting the operator, the machine and the tooling.

The beveller is equipped with guide rollers, which make it easy and light to operate.
