Ideal for automatic transmission and engine parts repair, this unit has a top that angles slightly to a fluid drain feature. Fluids are safely contained in a removable plastic bin (8 Litre capacity) or the unit may be connected to a centralised drain system. With ergonomic adjustable leg height this work bench is easy setup for safe comfortable operation in any part of the workshop with heavy duty 100mm castors (2 rigid & 2 lockable swivel).

Our TradeQuip “Made for the Trade” Parts Washer Concentrate is a water-based, safer alternative to solvent based degreasers. It is specifically formulated for cleaning and degreasing automotive, engineering and industrial parts in TradeQuip Parts Washers, Ultrasonic Cleaners and washable surfaces.
10Litres makes 50Litres
The TradeQuip Parts Washer Concentrate rapidly solubilises grease deposits and oily films in the presence of heavy grime loads. Free from petroleum, solvents, aromatic compounds, phenols, chlorinated solvents and biologically hard ingredients. When used as recommended, TradeQuip Parts Washer Concentrate will not affect rubber, plastics, glass, fully cured paintwork and most metals. It inhibits ferrous metal corrosion, exhibits excellent detergency and does not form stable emulsions, making it suitable for oil and solvent recovery equipment.
Direction for Use
Dilute the concentrate with cold or warm water. Apply solution with brush or dip the parts in the immersion wash tank for a few minutes. Brush and scrubbing may be required for difficult shapes and heavy soiled surfaces. Rinse with clean water and dry completely. Rust protection coating is required after washing process for ferrous metals before storage. Always wear PPE and safety glasses.
TradeQuip “Made for the Trade” Parts Washer Concentrate should be stored and transported securely in an upright position. Ensure the cap is fully closed. Store for up to 24 months from date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened packaging under dry conditions within the temperature range of +5°C to +30°C and out of direct sunlight. Protect from frost. Distributors should always rotate stock. When stored as stated, shelf life is 2 years from the production date label on the original TradeQuip container.

Choosing the right abrasive media
Garnet
Garnet is one of the last few abrasives that are naturally mined. It is an industrial gemstone that creates a profile virtually free of embedment, which makes it excellent for coating adhesion, as well as applications where low or no transfer of grit into the substrate can be tolerated. Garnet is generally used when paint, rust, and scale have to be removed from steel, such as car/truck frames, tanks, heavy machinery, farm equipment, etc. Garnet is one of the most economical abrasive and is the best choice for large blast projects. Best uses: rust removal, heavy scale removal, paint and coatings removal on heavy-gauge steel.
Glass Beads
Crushed Glass or Glass Beads would have to be one of the most popular forms of blast media and can be used on a variety of dustless blasting and abrasive blasting projects across all industry sectors. Using crushed glass means you know you are using a eco friendly and recycled product that helps the environment. If you’re looking to achieve a smooth, bright finish, glass beads can be your best option. Glass beads are also recyclable and can be used up to 100 times before replacement, making them an extremely cost-effective option. Glass bead media works well on soft metals like aluminium and brass as well as plastic. Works with a blasting gun or in a blast cabinet.
Walnut Shell
Nut shells and other organic materials, don’t cause anchor patterns, making them useful for removing dirt, grease, oil, carbon, scale, burrs and paint without changing the underlying substrate. Walnut shells can be an excellent choice for softer surfaces such as wood — they won’t cause etching. Walnut shells are one of less abrasive blasting media you can use and are completely biodegradable, making them among the most environmentally-friendly blasting media. Walnut shell blasting media is great for rust- free paint removal from sheet metal and for cleaning engines and transmissions. Walnut media blasting is especially effective when you want to clean paint, grease and other dirt from the surface of a material but maintain the integrity of the substrate materials. Ideal for use with aluminium, brass and sheet metal.
Steel Grit
Steel grit offers a more angular shape and sharper texture. It can be used to remove rust, paint or scale from steel surfaces. Steel Grit works well in many tough applications such as railway maintenance, structural steel and in foundries. Steel Grit Abrasive Media is made up of sharp cutting angular particles that clean by cutting and etching into the surface which usually results in an etched surface with well defined anchor pattern. Choosing the right abrasive media
Garnet
Garnet is one of the last few abrasives that are naturally mined. It is an industrial gemstone that creates a profile virtually free of embedment, which makes it excellent for coating adhesion, as well as applications where low or no transfer of grit into the substrate can be tolerated. Garnet is generally used when paint, rust, and scale have to be removed from steel, such as car/truck frames, tanks, heavy machinery, farm equipment, etc. Garnet is one of the most economical abrasive and is the best choice for large blast projects. Best uses: rust removal, heavy scale removal, paint and coatings removal on heavy-gauge steel.
Glass Beads
Crushed Glass or Glass Beads would have to be one of the most popular forms of blast media and can be used on a variety of dustless blasting and abrasive blasting projects across all industry sectors. Using crushed glass means you know you are using a eco friendly and recycled product that helps the environment. If you’re looking to achieve a smooth, bright finish, glass beads can be your best option. Glass beads are also recyclable and can be used up to 100 times before replacement, making them an extremely cost-effective option. Glass bead media works well on soft metals like aluminum and brass as well as plastic. Works with a blasting gun or in a blast cabinet.
Walnut Shell
Nut shells and other organic materials, don’t cause anchor patterns, making them useful for removing dirt, grease, oil, carbon, scale, burrs and paint without changing the underlying substrate. Walnut shells can be an excellent choice for softer surfaces such as wood — they won’t cause etching. Walnut shells are one of less abrasive blasting media you can use and are completely biodegradable, making them among the most environmentally-friendly blasting media. Walnut shell blasting media is great for rust- free paint removal from sheet metal and for cleaning engines and transmissions. Walnut media blasting is especially effective when you want to clean paint, grease and other dirt from the surface of a material but maintain the integrity of the substrate materials. Ideal for use with aluminum, brass and sheet metal.
Steel Grit
Steel grit offers a more angular shape and sharper texture. It can be used to remove rust, paint or scale from steel surfaces. Steel Grit works well in many tough applications such as railway maintenance, structural steel and in foundries. Steel Grit Abrasive Media is made up of sharp cutting angular particles that clean by cutting and etching into the surface which usually results in an etched surface with well defined anchor pattern. Steel Grit can also be used in blasting cabinets for surface preparation as its sharp edge will gradually round over as the abrasive is recycled. The durability and resistance to impact fatigue of Steel Grit provides maximum cleaning efficiency at the most economical cost.

Fitting Instructions
Remove the Standard Manifold (See picture in fig.1)
Use a flat head screwdriver to loosen the hose clamp on the blasting hose and pull the hose off the connector.
Unscrew the air hose form the manifold.
Unscrew the manifold from the bottom of the tank.Fit Soda Blasting Manifold (See picture in fig.2)
Screw in the new manifold until tight, use a spanner, ensure the air hose connection faces the back of t
he tank.
Screw in the air hose and tighten with a spanner.
Push the blasting hose onto the lower connector, tighten the clamp with a flat head screwdriver.
If the exhaust hose is not connected push it onto the remaining connector.NOTE: Use PTFE tape on threaded connection for an air tight seal.
