Rapidstick™ 8-145 Epoxy Putty is an impact resistant kneadable putty with high bond strength. It consists of two parts in a 1:1 mix ratio and can be easily applied by hand or trowel. Part A (Resin – outer part) and Part B (Hardener – inner part) are separated by a thin film of plastic, and once removed and thoroughly kneaded to combine, the putty sets into an extremely tough, permanent substance, equal to the hardness of metal, in just 15 minutes at room temperature.
8-145 is used as a moldable space-filler for any shaped space, wet or dry, and can be used as a sealant, gap filler, adhesive, putty, or cement. It can be easily applied by hand or trowel, and bonds to a wide range surfaces, with excellent adhesion to most substrates.
Upon cure, Epoxy Putty can be sanded, drilled, tapped, machined, filed, and painted. It is ideal for the permanent repair of cracks, holes, dents, and leaks, plus the reshaping of damaged surfaces (chipped railings, dented skirting boards, etc.) and the long-term mounting of signs to walls.

Rapidstick™ 5 Minute Epoxy is a high strength, versatile, non-shrinking, two-part dual syringe adhesive, which delivers equal parts of both the epoxy resin and the hardener with every use. When mixed, the reaction produces a tough, rigid bond in 5 minutes for quick project completion.
5 Minute Epoxy is ideal for metal and hard material bonding, as well as mold infusion. It can also be used for electronic parts insulation, moisture-proof potting, and privacy masking, and is compatible for use on a wide range of other materials as a gap filler or for surface repairs and laminating. Combining 5 Minute Epoxy with fibreglass cloth creates a durable patch, and tinting with earth pigments, cement, or sand allows colour matching. Once dry, it can be rubbed back and drilled.
5 Minute Epoxy is resistant to water and most common solvents, drying clear and making it perfect for transparent repairs, or projects that require invisible seams.

Epoxy & RepairCHEMTOOLS Rapidstick™ Epoxy Potting Compound
Rapidstick™ PCT-5000 Epoxy Potting Compound is a general purpose two-component encapsulant consisting of a colourless polymer resin and a hardener. When mixed together, both components generate a chemical cross-link reaction which creates a tough, rigid, and strong compound with excellent adhesion. As a filled system, it achieves low shrinkage and has high impact resistance to vibration and thermal shock, with high resistance to chemicals, moisture, and solvents.
PCT-5000 cures at both room temperature and low temperatures and exhibits excellent thermal and electrical insulation with a multitude of advantages for coating and potting applications. The low viscosity formula has good leveling properties and fills voids and air pockets easily. It is naturally de-foaming, resists yellowing over time, has high transparency with no rippling, and a bright surface which can be directly sanded and polished once curing meets its recommended shore hardness (82D).
Typical applications include moisture-proof potting and electronics parts insulation, with primerless adhesion to most substrates. PCT-5000 bonds extremely well to printed circuit boards and electronic components, including transformers, coils, resistors, capacitors, solenoids, surface mount components, solder, and most plastics and metals.

Epoxy & RepairCHEMTOOLS Rapidstick™ Surface Mount Epoxy (Red)
Rapidstick™ Surface Mount Epoxy is an easy-to-use one-part epoxy adhesive, specially designed for electronic assemblies. It bonds surfaces of mounted devices to printed circuit boards prior to double-sided reflow or wave solder assembly, and is ideally suited to printing a range of dot heights with one stencil thickness, and where high wet strength characteristics and high print speeds are necessary.
Surface Mount Epoxy has rapid thermal cure properties, robust handling characteristics, and is formulated to resist shear thinning. The viscosity and surface tension prove ideal for high speed placement equipment.
SME offers excellent adhesion to metal, ceramics, and glass-filled epoxy surfaces, and is suitable for all open squeegee and enclosed head stencil printing systems.
