Thermalle™ CARBOVOLT Carbon Conductive Grease
Thermalle™ CARBOVOLT Carbon Conductive Grease is formulated with a carbon-based additive to provide excellent conductivity and lubrication. It is an economical low-cost mechanical and thermal conductor for irregular or pitted surfaces and loose or vibrating parts. CARBOVOLT will protect closed switches from corrosion, prevent the formation of oxides, sulphides, and other corroding deposits on copper and aluminium surfaces, improve the connection between worn contacts and non-moving mating surfaces, and reduce arcing hot spots.
CARBOVOLT relies on a proprietary carbon filler rather than traditional metallic particles for electrical conductivity. It is typically used as a ground and is particularly useful when trying to drain static electricity away from moving objects, from low micro-power electronics through to high voltage switchgear.
Non-hardening and non-melting with a high resistance to water washout, CARBOVOLT offers a board service temperature range with continuing lubrication, and low bleed and evaporation. It is ideal for ground connections, rotating connections, rotary switches, variable capacitors, roller inductors, roller bearings, slip rings, slide connectors, and potentiometers.
CARBOVOLT is commonly used in the electronics, automotive, and aerospace industries.

Thermalle™ CERAMIC Silicone-Free Thermally Conductive Grease (Heatsink Compound)
Thermalle™ CERAMIC Silicone-Free Thermally Conductive Grease is a non-flowing ceramic-filled compound specially designed for high powered CPU’s, heavy heatsinks, and any other demanding cooling applications. It is a non-reactive paste which offers non-electrical, high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance in a soft, low creep, low bleed consistency. Heat transfer from semiconductor housings to heatsinks increase by over 50% when applied, offering the economical benefit of a longer service life for components.
CERAMIC has low toxicity, is easy to apply, and is compatible across a wide operating temperature range. It is commonly used on diodes, transistors, heatsinks, semiconductors, thermostats, power resistors, and radiators, and is suitable for use in many other applications requiring an increase in heat transfer.

Thermalle™ CONDUSIL Silver Electrically Conductive Grease
Thermalle™ CONDUSIL Silver Electrically Conductive Grease is formulated with pure silver-based additives to provide excellent electrical conductivity for high performance. Containing no graphite or mercury, it reduces resistance and eliminates hot spots in hinge joints and knife blade switches caused by poor contact.
CONDUSIL has high lubricity and prevents galling while protecting against moisture intrusion and resisting the build-up of corrosion across a wide operating temperature range. Thermalle™ TEF-EASE Dielectric Dissimilar Metals Anti-Corrosion & Anti-Seizing Gel is a pure synthetic grease with no silica, petroleum additives or volatile solvents. It contains sub-micron sized PTFE particles for corrosion prevention and resistance to seizure and galling.

Thermalle™ VACUSEAL Silicone-Free High Vacuum Grease
Thermalle™ VACUSEAL Silicone-Free High Vacuum Grease is a high-quality, non-toxic lubricant formulated specifically for use in vacuum systems. It is a good general purpose hydrocarbon grease that contains microparticles of PTFE and is compatible with most metal, plastic, and elastomer system components, being free of silicone, halogens, and heavy metals.
VACUSEAL provides needed lubrication and sealing of o-rings, gaskets, and valves, and is resistant to oxidation and thermal degradation at temperatures below 30°C.
Note: Due to its hydrocarbon content, VACUSEAL is not compatible with rubber, PVC, EPDM, and EPR seals.
NOTE: VACUSEAL is NOT recommended for any product that may warm to or exceed 30°C. For applications with higher temperatures, it is recommended to use VACUSEAL PLUS, a silicone-based high vacuum grease for temperatures up to 260°C (Part No. CT-TM012 – Available in all sizes mentioned above).
