Thermalle™ TEF-EASE Dielectric Dissimilar Metals Anti-Corrosion & Anti-Seizing Gel
Thermalle™ TEF-EASE Dielectric Dissimilar Metals Anti-Corrosion & Anti-Seizing Gel is a pure synthetic grease with no silica, petroleum additives or volatile solvents. It contains sub-micron sized PTFE particles for corrosion prevention and resistance to seizure and galling.
With excellent electrical insulation and protection through its dielectric properties, TEF-EASE can be used on dissimilar metals across a wide temperature range without curing or melting. It is completely waterproof and resists wash-out in both salt and fresh water, performing perfectly under extreme pressures and high loads.
TEF-EASE adheres well to surfaces, ensuring long-lasting lubrication and prevention of metal-to-metal contact. It is also compatible with most plastics and rubbers.

Thermalle™ CERAMIC Silicone-Free Thermally Conductive Grease is a non-flowing ceramic-filled compound specially designed for high powered CPU’s, heavy heatsinks, and any other demanding cooling applications. It is a non-reactive paste which offers non-electrical, high thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance in a soft, low creep, low bleed consistency. Heat transfer from semiconductor housings to heatsinks increase by over 50% when applied, offering the economical benefit of a longer service life for components.
CERAMIC has low toxicity, is easy to apply, and is compatible across a wide operating temperature range. DEOX R20 Food Safe Machine Grease is a high performing lubricant offering exceptional mechanical stability, corrosion protection, and water resistance. It utilises pharmaceutical base oils and a complex calcium sulphonate thickener which combine to provide a state of the art grease with extreme pressure resistance and excellent thermal stability.
R20FS remains tacky and has a high drop point, making it ideal for use in aggressive environments on loads with very high carrying capacity. Its anti-wear properties reduce scuffing, scoring, and seizure of contacting surfaces, while resisting oxidation and water washout.
Food Safe Machine Grease is excellent in mildly acidic or very wet environments and is universally compatible with industrial tracks, conveyors, belts, and bearings on kitchen appliances, food processing machinery and pharmaceutical equipment.

DEOX R20 Food Safe Machine Grease in bulk (non-aerosol) form is NSF H1 approved and can be used in locations in which there is a potential exposure of the lubricated part to food, or where incidental food contact can occur. It meets the requirements of the NSF Nonfood Compounds program.
