Shipping Information
Shipping is handled by Australia Post and cost is dependant on weight and size of shipment. Bulk orders may be despatched via a freight company and freight costs will be advised.
Your order will be dispatched within 3 business working days except where otherwise stated and can be tracked via the Australia Post website.
Returns Policy
You may exchange or return any full priced item purchased from Southern Tablelands Wholesale (excluding sale items) at your own postage cost. If you would like to return/exchange an item please contact Southern Tablelands Wholesale within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be sent back within 10 days to be eligible for a refund. Please include any product packaging and the invoice that you received with your parcel.
We strongly recommend you use a registered mail so you can track the postage. Southern Tablelands Wholesale will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received on our end if no tracking system was used.
Please note that the condition of the goods when they arrive back to us, is the condition on which the goods are assessed. Southern Tablelands Wholesale will not accept your return/exchange if we consider the item(s) used or container opened.
For approved returned items a refund will be processed within 7 days.
