Zero Spat™ Heavy Duty Anti-Spatter

Zero Spat™ ASPR Anti-Spatter provides instant shielding action and eliminates the need for chiselling and grinding after welding, reducing clean-up times and high spatter removal costs by keeping post-weld mess to a minimum.

ASPR forms a wet film that prevents weld spatter from sticking to weld equipment, fixtures, and metal surfaces. Spatter and residue easily wipe away leaving a light film that protects against rust and corrosion.

This highly effective product is non-flammable, paintable, and does not cause weld porosity.

Zero Spat™ Heavy Duty Paintable Anti-Spatter

Zero Spat™ Heavy Duty Paintable Anti-Spatter is an easy wipe-off milky formula that provides instant shielding from medium to large amounts of spatter or slag. It performs exceptionally well, even after prolonged welds, significantly reducing or eliminating spatter adhesion to parts and tools, saving economically on clean-up times and spatter removal costs.

ASL does not cause weld porosity, is non-flammable, and is highly heat resistant with no risk of flash during welding. It is safe to use on most manual, auto, and robotic applications. Being water-based, ASL is non-toxic with a low odour and contains no chlorinated solvents to reduce fume formation and prevent corrosion.

Zero Spat™ Protecta Shield Heavy Duty Dry Ceramic Coating

Zero Spat™ PTS Protecta Shield Heavy Duty Dry Ceramic Coating provides up to 8 hours of protection in a single application, allowing for significantly longer production times and shorter downtimes. It adheres well to most surfaces where vertical welding is required, forming a non-oily, heat-hardening film.

PTS prevents weld spatter from sticking to weld nozzles, MIG/MAG equipment, and laser/plasma cutting tools – including the product itself being welded. It will not cause weld porosity, nor interfere with post-weld powder or paint coatings, and can be easily brushed or wiped away post-weld.

With a robust, residue-free, non-flammable formula, Zero Spat™ PTS offers excellent adhesion to all metal surrounds, including fixtures, fittings, and other welding equipment.
