  TradeQuip “Made for the Trade”  Portable Industrial Air Conditioners are designed for economical spot cooling in workshops, service rooms, warehouses and offices especially where other electrical equipment creates a heat load. These TradeQuip Portable Industrial Air Conditioners are completely self-contained and housed within an insulated cabinet. The unit’s exterior is constructed of galvanised steel and protected with a tough powder-coated, polyester finish. All models are equipped standard with heavy-duty castors for easy portability. TradeQuip Portable Industrial Air Conditioners bring in air from an outside source to cool its condenser, cycling hot air to an outside source.   The 1033T is the large unit in size and capacity in the TradeQuip “Made for the Trade” series portable air conditioners. The 1033T has a foot print that is ideal for spot cooling people or equipment in a high ambient environment, like in a workshop or office space. The TradeQuip “Made for the Trade”  Portable Air Conditioners offer a quick cooling solution with “plug and play” technology that tops the competition with its small size, strong air flow, and easy installation. These portable air conditioners achieve up to 10°C temperature differential across its coil. This means that 39°C input air will instantly produce 29°C output air for spot cooling at a work station which will effectively cool a person and/or workshop equipment within 2-5m of the unit instantly.

  The 1033T runs on a 240V/15A circuit with automatic restart after a power failure. The unit comes with a 5-Litre self-contained condensation tank, that is manually emptied. Installation takes less than ten minutes for easy set up.

  With the substantial ‘instant’ changes in the air temperature, a portable industrial air conditioner is perfect for cooling hard working people or spot cooling of rooms, workshops, factories, laundries, schools, agricultural sheds, and more.

  Water Consumption can increase by 300% due to ‘Relative Humidity’

  Note: Evaporative Coolers operate by combining a variable airflow and water evaporation. How much water is used (Water Consumption) depends on the ‘Relative Humidity’ of the day and the fan speed setting to meet the required cooling levels. Relative Humidity (rh) is the ratio of the amount of water (as vapour) actually contained in the air to the maximum amount of water vapour that could be contained at the same temperature (saturation). For example, at 50% rh, the air contains 50% of the maximum (100%) amount of moisture (water vapour) that it could contain at the same temperature. Therefore when the relative humidity level is low all Evaporative Cooling units may consume a more significant amount of water (up to 300% more) than higher relative humidity ratio conditions.
