SKYLOTEC Mini Pulley System
Lightweight, compact and comfortable: SKYLOTEC offers an innovative new 6:1 Mini Pulley System. This ultra-light system with a ratio of 6:1 makes for easy lifting and a rope lock secures the load. The Mini Pulley System is a compact pre-rigged rescue and hauling system often referred to as a “Casualty Pulley System”, “Haul Track” or a “Pig Rig”. Possible applications include the raising or lowering of casualties, the tensioning of systems such as Tyrolean or tension lines and lifting light loads such as hand tools and other equipment. Mini Pulley Systems can be applicable to all sectors of work at height and rescue. It is not limited to confined or restricted access locations or tall structures. The set includes 23 metres of robust SKYLOTEC micro-rope with an operating length of just under 4 metres, two trilock DOUBLE carabiners and a compact carry bag for easy storage and transportation.

The abseil device Mark 1 Plus is the only repelling device meeting EN 341-2A:2011 and EN 12841-C:2006. Usage according to EN 341-2A: In combination with the Skylotec Super Static 11 mm-rope, Mark 1 Plus can be used with weights 30 – 160kg and a max. abseil height of 190m. Usage according to EN 12841-C: In combination with ropes meeting EN 1891-A , Mark 1 Plus can be used with ropes between 9 – 12mm. Max. weight load: 9mm = 130kg 10-12mm = 200kg with panic feature

Auto-locking haul system with 4:1 mechanical advantage – or 5:1 if used upside down – ideal for use in rescue operations. Developed for lifting and releasing an injured operator or for tensioning a system.
Main features:
- CE-marked and tested with a load of 18 kN for 3 minutes;
- extremely compact system, ideal where space for manoeuvring is limited;
- it prevents the load from slipping back once has been retrieved, making hauling operations smoother and faster;
- comprised of UP ROLL and UP LOCK pulleys, equipped with sheaves mounted on ball bearings;
- it comes with a closable pouch to reduce bulk during transport;
- drawstring closure that further expedites setting up the equipment;
- equipped with rope guide (patent pending), installed on the lower pulley, that keeps rope strands parallel and reduces the risk of tangling while in use;
- locking and unlocking of the cam with a single hand movement, even with gloves on, via the freelock system;
- supplied with two oval OVX TG carabiners with triplex gate and anti-rotation elements;
