This multi-purpose lanyard for working at height is versatile and certified for various applications: as an adjustable positioning rope (EN 358), temporary anchorage device (EN 795-B), horizontal guide rope (EN 795-C / TS 16415-C) and largely as an abseiling device in accordance with EN 12841-C*.

The integrated regulator with control lever enables smooth, controlled gliding of the rope and locks automatically as soon as the lever is released – the rope can also be easily retracted or released under tension. The lanyard can be used on both the lateral and ventral attachment points of a full body harness.

As a temporary anchorage device, it is placed around a suitable structure in accordance with EN 795-B. From a length of 5 m, it also complies with TS 16415-C and allows simultaneous use by several people. It can also be used as a temporary guide rope in accordance with EN 795-C.

*EN 12841-C:
TECHNICAL NOTES.
The device meets all the requirements of the standard EN 12841: 2006-C (descender devices). Only points 4.1.2 (compatibility) and 4.1.3 (opening prevention) have not been taken into account, as there is an incompatibility between the requirements of EN 358 (the device cannot be opened) and those of EN 12841-C (the device can be opened manually).
