Pigmented, solvent-based primer for various substrates
Sika® Primer-206 G+P is a solvent-based black primer, which reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer. This layer acts as a link between substrates and adhesives.
Sika® Primer-206 G+P is specifically formulated for the treatment of bond faces prior to application of Sika’s 1-component Polyurethanes.
Enhanced adhesion on a wide variety of substrates
Easy to apply
Usage
Sika® Primer-206 G+P is used to improve adhesion on substrates such as float glass, ceramic-coated glass, pre-coatings, painted surfaces and some plastics and metals.
Seek manufacturer’s advice and perform tests on original substrates before using Sika® Primer-206 G+P on materials prone to stress cracking.
This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Tests with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
CRC ZINC IT is a single component zinc rich compound with a special epoxy binder and contains 95% of the highest purity zinc in the dried film, to give galvanic rust prevention.
Recommended for use on structural steel, trailers, roofs, guard rails, welding seams, rivet holes, fencing, storage tank transformers, power generation equipment, off shore oil rigs, ships, railroad equipment, substation equipment, transmission towers, touch up over galvanized coatings, coastal and ship borne installations subject to severe salt water and salt spray corrosion.
Easy to apply – aerosol only. Long term protection to steel because of cathodic action. Metallic zinc coating is universally accepted as the best method of rust prevention. Flexible continuous protective film. Does not contain lead. Excellent weldability.
CRC BRAKLEEN NON FLAMMABLE is a powerful, heavy duty cleaner and degreaser for brake, clutch parts and general mechanical equipment. It is formulated to quickly and safely dissolve and flush away grease, oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, hardened deposits and other contaminants, without the need for disassembly – reducing maintenance costs. It’s also perfect for degreasing components prior to reassembly – especially prior to thread locking.
Spray parts liberally with CRC BRAKLEEN NF and allow to run off. Air dry or dry with soft cloth If necessary, repeat application Protect rubber brake parts and painted surfaces from overspray Protect rubber brake parts and painted surfaces from overspray. Ideal for use where a non-flammable parts cleaner is required.
Quick cleaning and quick evaporating. Non-staining, non-corrosive, no residue. Does not contain silicones. No disassembly required – saves time and maintenance cost. Controlled spray action – assists cleaning through surface agitation.
