  Auto-locking haul system with 4:1 mechanical advantage – or 5:1 if used upside down – ideal for use in rescue operations. Developed for lifting and releasing an injured operator or for tensioning a system.

  Main features:

  • CE-marked and tested with a load of 18 kN for 3 minutes;
  • extremely compact system, ideal where space for manoeuvring is limited;
  • it prevents the load from slipping back once has been retrieved, making hauling operations smoother and faster;
  • comprised of UP ROLL and UP LOCK pulleys, equipped with sheaves mounted on ball bearings;
  • it comes with a closable pouch to reduce bulk during transport;
  • drawstring closure that further expedites setting up the equipment;
  • equipped with rope guide (patent pending), installed on the lower pulley, that keeps rope strands parallel and reduces the risk of tangling while in use;
  • locking and unlocking of the cam with a single hand movement, even with gloves on, via the freelock system;

  SKYLOTEC ACX Power Ascender

  The ACX battery-powered hoist is a motorised system to ensure the transport of persons or loads to areas that are difficult to access and where occasional or recurring work is carried out.

  ACX is used, among other things, for cleaning facades or windows, for the maintenance of complex building structures, for the rotor blade maintenance of wind turbines or for transporting loads on masts.

  The ACX POWER ASCENDER considerably simplifies and accelerates work on complex structures and makes expensive access systems or lifting platforms superfluous. Countless rescue scenarios can also be carried out efficiently and with minimum effort with the ACX. ACX forms a highly flexible system for easy and cost-efficient cleaning or maintenance.

  In an emergency, the ACX can be controlled by remote control. The operation and use of the ACX can be learned in special training courses.

  • Static kernmantle rope comes with I.D trace as per AS/NZS 4142 requirement for traceability. Min break load of 35kN providing enhanced strength.
  • Raise and lower casualty makes the RES-Q Kit versatile.
  • Back up braking mechanism comes standard. This can be engaged by the rescuer or setup to brake automatically.
