A secure clipping mechanism delivers strong and secure wall mounting that securely locks into all PACKOUT™ Mounting Plates. The PACKOUT™ Roll Holder can be used to store paper towels, tapes and other items, and has a quick-roll replacement latch that allows easy swap out of the items in use.
