GOLIATH High Performance Cutting Oil Semi Synthetic
Goliath Semi-Synthetic Water Soluble Long Life Cutting Fluid (High Performance)
Goliath Soluble Cutting Oil easily mixes with water to give a low odour, biostable Extreme Pressure soluble cutting fluid providing excellent corrosion protection, lubricating properties, and a proven sump life in excess of 12 months, without the need for biocide addition.
The fluid is phenol-free and is formulated from solvent refined mineral oil and a composite emulsifier with anti-corrosion properties.
It provides long emulsion life without the problems associated with coolant degradation caused by bacterial and fungal contamination.
The high degree of corrosion protection has been achieved without the use of nitrite or other undesirable components.
Excellent cutting performance on Alloy and High Speed Steels.
Outstanding resistance to bacterial and fungal development.
Exceptionally long sump life – typically in excess of 12 months.
Typical usage concentrations: General Machining 5-7%, Grinding 4-5%.
Most fuel injected vehicles are fitted with a mass air flow (MAF) sensor to measure air velocity which the computer uses to determine the proper air/fuel mixture. However, the MAF sensor gets dirty with debris, oil, grease and air filter fibres, causing inaccurate measurements of air flow which results in a ‘rich’ running engine, loss of power and excess emissions. CRC MAF Sensor Cleaner will safely clean and protect your mass air flow sensor, improving air/fuel ratio and increasing kilometres per litre. The use of aggressive products like brake and carburettor cleaners on MAF sensors can cause serious damage to sensitive parts.
Recommended as a safe and effective way to clean delicate MAF sensors in modern vehicles
Cleans & protects MAF Sensors – will not damage MAF sensors or housing (unlike other chemicals). Plastic safe & residue free – evaporates in seconds. Improves air/fuel ratio. Increases km/litre – improves fuel economy. Increases/restores horsepower
CRC Leak Detector is formulated for the quick detection of gas and air leaks. The water based formula contains no oils, silicones or harmful solvents. CRC Leak Detector quickly and reliably locates gas leaks and pressure losses in pipes and pressurised systems by forming highly visible bubbles when applied over any leak.
Recommended for use on refrigeration units, air conditioners, exhausts, pipes, welding seams and compressors, can be used for almost all types of gasses (compressed air, refrigerants, natural gas, propane, butane, acetylene, oxygen, LPG, nitrogen and carbon dioxide)
Finds leaks fast, highlights all leaks, even under low pressure. Non-flammable. Water based formula with no oils, silicones or harmful solvents.
Pigmented, solvent-based primer for various substrates
Sika® Primer-206 G+P is a solvent-based black primer, which reacts with moisture and forms a thin layer. This layer acts as a link between substrates and adhesives.
Sika® Primer-206 G+P is specifically formulated for the treatment of bond faces prior to application of Sika’s 1-component Polyurethanes.
Enhanced adhesion on a wide variety of substrates
Easy to apply
Usage
Sika® Primer-206 G+P is used to improve adhesion on substrates such as float glass, ceramic-coated glass, pre-coatings, painted surfaces and some plastics and metals.
Seek manufacturer’s advice and perform tests on original substrates before using Sika® Primer-206 G+P on materials prone to stress cracking.
This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Tests with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
