FLUKE 754 Documenting Process Calibrator-HART
Fluke 754 Documenting Process Calibrator with HART communication does the work of many tools
Whether you’re calibrating instruments, troubleshooting a problem, or running routine maintenance, the Fluke 754 with HART® communication can help you get the job done faster. It does so many different tasks, so quickly and so well, it’s the only process calibrator you need to carry. This rugged, reliable integrated communicating calibrator is ideal for calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HART and other instrumentation.
The 754 is a power multifunction documenting calibrator that you can use to download procedures, lists, and instructions created with software; or upload data for printing, archiving, and analysis. The powerful built-in HART interface is capable of performing nearly all the day-to-day tasks you now perform with a separate communicator.
In fact, the 754 does the work of several tools. It sources, simulates and measures pressure, temperature, and electrical signals with one rugged, hand-held device. For documentation, the 754 automates calibration procedures and captures your data. And, of course, it helps you meet rigorous standards like ISO 9000, FDA, EPA and OSHA regulations. Plus, the new improved graphical screen, Li-Ion battery for longer life, USB port, and accessories help you work smarter and faster.
To create a seamless/paperless calibration management system consider adding Fluke DPCTrack2 Calibration Management software for use with your Fluke 753 and 754 or even legacy Fluke 743 and 744 calibrators.

Pressure Calibrators
FLUKE Calibration P3200 Hydraulic Deadweight Tester
The P3200 models are available in single or dual piston formats for increased operating ranges. Units can be supplied in psi, bar, kgf/cm², and MPa. This robust instrument is highly accurate, quick and easy to use. Units feature a built-in priming pump for large volume applications, piston flotation indicators and a high quality screw press for fine pressure control.
Options
PressCal software for pressure calculations and certificate generation
Operating principle
Deadweight testers are the high performance pressure standard for pressure measurement. Utilizing the well proven piston-gauge system consisting of a vertically mounted, precision lapped piston and cylinder assembly, accurately calibrated weight masses (Force) are loaded on the piston (Area), which rises freely within its cylinder. These weights balance the upward force created by the pressure within the system. The pressure is measured when placed on a correctly spinning and floating piston. The total pressure measured is the summation of the weights plus the piston weight carrier assembly.
Instrument base
There are three basic variations in the hydraulic offering; single low pressure, single high pressure and dual piston models. Pressure is generated and controlled by means of a high quality screw press located on the front of the tester. A built-in hand pump is included as standard for all hydraulic models to prime the system and accommodate large volume requirements.
Piston/cylinder assemblies
The piston/cylinder assembly is the heart of each deadweight tester. They are manufactured from materials that provide stability, durability, and low thermal coefficients and distortion. Our experience and knowledge of piston/cylinder production and calibration ensure the precision and performance required for today’s demanding calibration requirements.
Weight masses
Standard weight masses are series 3 nonmagnetic austenitic stainless steel. Each mass is marked with the serial number of the instrument and the nominal pressure value relative to the high or low-pressure piston, when applicable. Optional fractional weights are stainless steel and/or solution heat treated aluminum.
Gravity correction
Gravity varies significantly with geographical location and this variation has a direct effect on the force of the weights and the accuracy of the deadweight tester. Each instrument can be calibrated to local gravity at no extra cost. If unspecified, instruments will be calibrated to Standard Gravity at 980.665 cm/s2.

Pressure Calibrators
FLUKE 750P Series Pressure Modules
Fluke 750P Series Pressure Modules will turn your Fluke multifunction calibrator into a full-fledged pressure calibrator. These flexible modules not only work with multifunction calibrators like the 725, 726 or 750 Series Calibrators but also extend the measurement range of Fluke pressure calibrators. Since the pressure modules are calibrated independently, they can be swapped from one calibrator to another without a loss of accuracy or traceability.
Measuring pressure with Fluke 750P Series Pressure modules is as easy as connecting the module to a pressure source or hand pump, connecting the pressure module cable to the calibrator and then applying pressure from the pressure source. At the touch of a button the measured pressure is displayed digitally on the calibrator in up to 11 different engineering units quickly giving you the data you need. And, with “no tools required” connectors you don’t even need to reach for a wrench to make connections.
When used with the 750 Series Documenting Process Calibrators pressure readings can even be date/time stamped and stored in documented calibration records for later retrieval. This saves time, eliminates errors, and supports compliance with quality standards and regulations.
A complete family of pressure modules
With over 50 pressure modules covering pressure calibration and measurement workloads from 1 inH20 to 10,000 psi (2.5 mBar to 690 bar) finding a model to meet the needs of your specific application is easier than ever. All modules include NPT, metric (BSP) and M20 adapters.
Choose from:
- Differential modules

Designed to go where you work
Pressure instruments are often installed in harsh, hard to reach locations, so you need test tools that handle rough service. 750P Series Pressure Modules feature a rugged protective boot that guards the module against shock and seals against dirt and dust, if you accidently drop them, there’s no need to worry. The 750P series modules are also specified across a broad temperature range. Though more accurate across a narrower temperature range if used indoors, these modules are designed and specified to deliver traceable pressure measurements in environments from -10 °C to +50 °C.
