DYMAXION TCT Hole Saws for Metal Deep Cut

TCT hole saws are ideal for repetition cutting in ferrous and non-ferrous plate and tube (including stainless steel), FRP and synthetic resin plates up to 5mm thick.
Ideal for single hole, and through cutting, in round and square tube.
Maximum material thickness 5mm.
Extremely long service life.
No need for messy cutting fluids, however use of a cutting lubricant will increase cutter life.
Heavy duty plug ejector spring.
Stop collar prevents cutter from over drilling.
Maximum drilling depth of 20mm.
Maintain a constant drilling angle (do not “rock” the cutter) to avoid tooth damage.
Avoid restarting the same hole cut with pressure on the drill – tooth damage may result.
Use slower drilling speed with constant drill pressure for optimum performance and tool life.
