Thermalle™ OXYGUARD Non-Flammable Oxygen Safe Grease with PFPE is a medium viscosity perfluorinated polyether base oil, thickened with PTFE for exceptional thermal stability and chemical resistance. It is a premium formulation offering extreme long-term lubrication, sealing, and anti-wear properties for the most aggressive chemical and gas applications.
OXYGUARD is suitable for high pressure air, nitrous oxide, and oxygen (gas and liquid) systems with no fear of combustion. It is physically and chemically inert, totally resistant to water and all common chemicals, resistant to oxidation and thermal degradation, and compatible with metals, plastics, and elastomers.

Usage
Sikaflex®-221 bonds well to a wide variety of substrates and is suitable for making permanent elastic seals . Suitable substrate materials are metals, metal primers and paint coatings (2-component systems), ceramic materials and plastics. It is ideally used for internal sealing and simple bonding applications. Seek manufacturer’s advice and perform tests on original substrates before using Sikaflex®-221 on materials prone to stress cracking. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Test with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.

It is suitable for making elastic, vibration-resistant joint seals, and can also be used for a variety of interior sealing applications. Sikaflex®-291 bonds well to the materials commonly used in marine construction like wood, metals, metal primers and paint coatings (2-C systems), ceramic materials and plastics (GRP, etc.). Sikaflex®-291 must not be used to seal plastics that are prone to stress cracking (e.g. Plexiglas, Polycarbonate, etc.). Once cured, Sikaflex®-291 can easily be sanded as required. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Test with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
