ChemTig™ Weld Torch Coolant is a non-hazardous, corrosion inhibiting liquid used to protect torch heads, along with internal cooling system parts such as pumps, valves, and pipework. It is compatible with all high performance welding equipment is safe on both metals and plastics.
Weld Torch Coolant boasts a stable, low viscosity, low toxicity formula which improves weld quality, speed, and productivity. With
regular use, internal mineral deposit build-up during operation will be eliminated entirely.
Economically, consistant use of Weld Torch Coolant will reduce electric consumption by ensuring parts remain in high working order and extending times between preventative maintenance schedules.

Usage
Sikaflex®-252 is suitable for assemblies that are subject to dynamic stresses. Suitable substrate materials are timber, metals, particularly aluminum (including anodized components), sheet steel (including phosphated, chromated and galvanized components), metal primers and paint coatings (2-component systems), ceramic materials and plastics. Seek manufacturer’s advice before using on plastics that are prone to stress cracking. This product is suitable for professional experienced users only. Tests with actual substrates and conditions have to be performed to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
