DPU-5 Spring-Loaded Pump Dispenser is a heavy-duty push pump designed to handle viscous liquids such as creams, soaps, lotions, and gels. It suits most plastic ‘jerry can’ bottles up to 5 Litres with a 38mm diameter cap screw. The internal 23cm dip tube may be cut to size for containers of any height greater than 15cm.
DPU-5 Pump Dispenser is durable and sturdy for use in commercial or industrial environments. Each stroke dispenses a 30ml dose, and when fully depressed, it can be twist-locked in situ for safe transport or space-saving storage. The Twist Lock Helical Static Mixing Nozzle contains 24 heavy duty polypropylene mixing elements within the shaft to ensure a perfect mix of both components. The smooth, tapered nozzle allows for dispensing directly onto surfaces to be glued, while its rounded shape ensures an easy fit into tight spaces.
The spiralling/bow-tie elements of the inner core repeatedly divide and combine both materials in a circular flow to provide consistent, high quality intermixing, effectively channelling the material radially from the walls into the center of the mixer, and from the center out to the walls.
8-MXN-TL-50 is specially designed for use with most 10:1 two-part/dual component cartridges. The used nozzle may be left on the cartridge between uses to provide a tight seal and protect from exposure to air and humidity once the material within the shaft cures.

The Bayonet Helical Static Mixing Nozzle contains 16 heavy duty polypropylene mixing elements within the shaft to ensure a perfect mix of both components. The tapered and stepped Quadro square nozzle allows for dispensing directly onto surfaces to be glued, or, for larger beads, it may be cut to suit the size of the bead required. A luer lock needle tip may also be added for dispensing into tight spaces, or when smaller beads are required.
The square geometry of the inner core consists of a series of alternating left- and right-hand elements with intermittent flow inverters. These provide consistent, high quality mixing, effectively channelling the material from the walls into the center of the mixer, and from the center out to the walls.
