BORDO HSS Co5 Bright Triple Flute 90° Countersink
Triple flute countersinks are ideal for countersinking and deburring in a wide range of materials including ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
The three fluted countersink is self centering with wide flutes and is used to provide a heavy chamfer in the entrance to a drilled hole.
This may be required to allow the correct seating for a countersunk head screw or to provide the lead in for a second machining operation such as tapping.
Use on medium to hard materials.
Resharpenable.
M35 Cobalt High Speed Steel offers increased wear and heat resistance in alloy steels, stainless steels and other abrasive or difficult materials.
This increases tool life in all production applications.
Sutton Tools Inox jobber drills are an industrial quality drilling solution specially designed for superior performance in stainless steel. Tailored to overcome the difficult-to-machine material properties of stainless steel, Inox drill bits have a fast spiral, short flute and unique stepped core design providing a smooth and effortless cutting action never before seen. For added wear resistance, these drill bits feature the latest generation Futura Nano PVD coated tip. Inox drill bits have been independently tested to achieve 70% more tool life in stainless steel compared to standard drill bits.
Sutton Tools Heavy Duty Cobalt jobber drills are industrial quality for drilling materials that have high hardness and tensile strength such as cast iron, bronze, hard steel & stainless steel. These drill bits feature a thick core for increased rigidity in hard materials.
These Rotary Only ceramic tile drills provide outstanding performance and extended tool life in hard ceramic materials.
Unique cutting edge geometry in conjunction with high temperature brazing to ensure reliable and accurate drilling in multiple hole applications.
Use of water cooling will extend bit life.
Although these drill bits are not recommended for drilling vitrified porcelain, their superior multi-facet tungsten carbide tip enables them to drill most materials of this type, albeit with a reduced tool life.
These ceramic tile drills can also be used to successfully drill in brick, concrete and other masonry materials.
