    6mm Kit (Code: 103506): Suitable for 8mm Trailer Chain
    Tow Capacity: 2Ton (ATM – 2T)
    Breaking force: 4,480kg (4 to 1 safety factor as per AS3775.2)
    Chain breaking strength: 2,406.53kg (8mm as per AS4177)
    Shackle standards: 500kg WLL, breaking at 2.95t

    8mm Kit (Code: 103508): Suitable for 10mm & 13mm Trailer Chain
    Tow Capacity: 4Ton (ATM – 4T)
    Breaking force: 8,000kg (4 to 1 safety factor as per AS3775.2)
    Chain breaking strength: 3,762.75kg (10mm) and 5,261.73kg (13mm as per AS4177)
    Shackle standards: 750kg WLL, breaking at 4.4t

    • Quenched and Tempered Alloy Steel.
    • At least 25% greater WLL than traditional G80 products.
    • Manufactured in accordance with EN 1677- 1 and ASME B30.26.
    • Proof Load tested at 2.5 times the WLL with certification for each batch manufactured.
    • Design Factor 4:1.
    • Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the WLL.
    • Tempering temperature minimum 400°C
    • The use of Clevis Clutch still allows 100% of the chain sling capacity.
    • With the locking system and spring locking pin design to enhance security and prevent the chains from disengaging.
