No Clean Flux Gel/Paste (NCFP) is a tacky rework flux designed to wet virtually all solderable electronic surfaces, components, assemblies, and substrates. It can be used for the general touch-up or rework of printed circuit boards, as well as for attaching spheres to ball grid array (BGA) packages.
The superior wetting ability of NCFP results in bright, smooth, and shiny solder joints, whether reflowed by hand, hot-air rework station, convection reflow oven, or vapor phase soldering systems. Residues that remain on surfaces after soldering are clear, leaving a cosmetically appealing repair that can be easily pin probed during in-circuit tests.
No Clean Flux Gel/Paste is compatible with all tin-lead and lead-free alloys and can be applied by brush or cotton swab, dispense needle, pin transfer, or stencil printing. When being used in rework, application should be limited to the area being worked.
NCFP needs to see an SMT style reflow profile to render it fully inactive.

Rapidstick™ 8-145 Epoxy Putty
Rapidstick™ 8-145 Epoxy Putty is an impact resistant kneadable putty with high bond strength. It consists of two parts in a 1:1 mix ratio and can be easily applied by hand or trowel. Part A (Resin – outer part) and Part B (Hardener – inner part) are separated by a thin film of plastic, and once removed and thoroughly kneaded to combine, the putty sets into an extremely tough, permanent substance, equal to the hardness of metal, in just 15 minutes at room temperature.
8-145 is used as a moldable space-filler for any shaped space, wet or dry, and can be used as a sealant, gap filler, adhesive, putty, or cement. It can be easily applied by hand or trowel, and bonds to a wide range surfaces, with excellent adhesion to most substrates.
Upon cure, Epoxy Putty can be sanded, drilled, tapped, machined, filed, and painted. It is ideal for the permanent repair of cracks, holes, dents, and leaks, plus the reshaping of damaged surfaces (chipped railings, dented skirting boards, etc.) and the long-term mounting of signs to walls.

Rapidstick™ 8-5811 Anaerobic Thread Sealant is a Class III methacrylate ester compound offering immediate low pressure resistance for all metal threads on pipes, joints, and fittings with variable pressures and alternating temperatures. It provides excellent lock and seal properties to resist loosening and leakage during testing and after full cure. Suitable for use on all active metals without the need for priming, its excellent thixotropic nature prevents migration.
8-5811 is a soft setting sealant with a potable water safe formulation that protects against corrosion, shock, and vibration. It will not creep, shrink, gall, migrate, or block systems, and is an excellent sealant for gases, water, LPG, hydrocarbons, oils, and other chemicals.
Note: It is recommended to prime inactive metals first with Rapidstick™ Anaerobic Adhesives Primer.

Rapidstick™ 8116 UV Curable Adhesive is a low viscosity, high wetting, 100% solids liquid glue which provides an ‘on demand’ bond, eliminating drying and heat curing. It offers many advantages in bonding where the adhesive can be exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light with a remarkably fast, almost instant cure, due to its maximum UV absorption range of between 350 and 380 nanometers.
8116 exhibits good resistance to temperature extremes and high humidity, with excellent clarity, low shrinkage, and slight flexibility. It is superior to other adhesives when bonding glass to glass or glass to metal, and is ideal for wicking and low bubble formation.

Rapidstick™ 8242 Threadlocker is fast curing with medium strength and specifically formulated to give controlled friction and torque/tension ratio during assembly. It is designed for plated parts and vibrating or moving components, and is ideal for fasteners with diameters between 6mm to 20mm (1/4” to 3/4″).
8242 provides a chemically resistant lock and seal to threaded joints, nuts, screws, and studs, meeting 90% of all nut and bold thread locking applications, and performs best in thin bond gaps. It can also be used for the retaining of cylindrical parts.

8262 performs best in thin bond gaps. It bonds, locks, and seals threaded joints, nuts, screws, and large studs up to M25, or larger, and is specifically formulated to give controlled friction and torque/tension ratio during assembly. It can also be used for the retaining of cylindrical parts.
