DEOX R75 Pure Zinc Anti-Seize is an advanced Aircraft Grade lubricating and anti-seizing paste containing extra-fine pure zinc particles within a petrolatum compound. When applied to iron, aluminium, and aluminium alloys the electrochemical galvanising properties of its zinc dust activate to halt corrosion – particularly between dissimilar metals.
R75 is water resistant and formulated to lower friction, reduce wrench torque, and prevent extreme temperature seizing. On threaded components, assembly speeds are increased, and disassembly time, even after lengthy service or severe conditions, is greatly diminished.
Pure Zinc Anti-Seize is non-hardening, compatible with plastics, and remains homogenous during storage. The F System Mixing Nozzle contains 24 heavy duty polypropylene mixing elements within the shaft to ensure a perfect mix of both components. The tapered and stepped Quadro square nozzle allows for dispensing directly onto surfaces to be glued, or, for larger beads, it may be cut to suit the size of the bead required. A luer lock needle tip may also be added for dispensing into tight spaces, or when smaller beads are required.
The square geometry of the inner core consists of a series of alternating left- and right-hand elements with intermittent flow inverters. These provide consistent, high quality mixing, effectively channeling the material from the walls into the center of the mixer, and from the center out to the walls.
8-MXN-490 is specially designed for use with most 1:1 two-part/dual component cartridges. The used nozzle may be left on the cartridge between uses to provide a tight seal and protect from exposure to air and humidity once the material within the shaft cures.

It is an excellent degreaser that leaves absolutely no residue, and is compatible with most metals, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and copper.
