- No need for messy cutting fluids, however use of a cutting lubricant will increase cutter life.
- Heavy duty plug ejector spring.
- Stop collar prevents cutter from over drilling.
- Maximum drilling depth of 20mm.
- Maintain a constant drilling angle (do not “rock” the cutter) to avoid tooth damage.
- Avoid restarting the same hole cut with pressure on the drill – tooth damage may result.
- Use slower drilling speed with constant drill pressure for optimum performance and tool life.
