DESCRIPTION
CRC Multi-Purpose Spray Adhesive bonds most materials quickly and easily, giving a long lasting bond. It is formulated to give a fast tack off, low soak spray and dries clear. CRC Multi Purpose Aerosol Spray Adhesive is a pressure sensitive one-way adhesive that remains repositionable for 1-2 minutes eliminating costly errors with expensive materials. Once positioned, the adhesive will bond within 10-20 minutes. Full cure will take 24 hours.Applications
Spray 20-25cm from surface using a smooth weeping action. Use a light coat only. Non-porous surfaces: Apply to one surface and allow to tack off for 1 minute (maximum of 4 minutes), then press together firmly. Porous surfaces: Apply to both surfaces and allow to tack off for 1 minute (maximum of 4minutes), then press together firmly. Some porous surfaces may require pre-coating to seal material. Allow a thin coat to dry thoroughly before applying final coat of adhesive. Adhesive remains repositionable for 1-2 minutes from the first time of contact. When finished, hold can upside down and spray briefly to clear nozzle.

Between 5-10 minutes, the solvent should have evaporated and the adhesive should be tacky enough to bond the surfaces together. A useful indication is to touch the surfaces (all over) with a clean finger: if they are sticky to the touch, without transferring to your finger, they are ready to bond together. On non porous surfaces it is imperative that no solvent is trapped. Position components accurately, as when contact is made, the bond will be immediate. Apply maximum overall instant pressure, taking care to expel any air bubbles, to ensure a complete bond. Use of a hand pressure roller, e.g. a vinyl-flooring roller, provides good direct pressure. A dry adhesive surface may be reactivated by wiping over with solvent.

Inspect entire system prior to cleaning to check for loose or broken wires and panels. Always clean panels early in the morning or at night when panels are cool.
- Step 1: Recommended dilution rate is 1 part CRC WattsUp Solar Panel Cleaner with 30 parts waters (1:30). For heavily soiled areas use a higher concentration.
- Step 2: Rinse panels with CRC WattsUp Solar Panel Cleaner, removing loose debris. Only wet number of panels that can be brushed and rinsed before solution dries.
- Step 3: Wash panels with non-abrasive cleaning equipment, i.e., sponge, lint free cloth.
- Step 4: Repeat steps 1 and 2 as needed for heavy contamination.
- Step 5: Rinse panels with CRC WattsUp Solar Panel Cleaner or with water and let it dry.
Panels can be dried with a microfibre cloth for glass if desired.
