DEOX R14 Silicone Dielectric Grease with PTFE

DEOX R14 Silicone Dielectric Grease with PTFE is a firm, non-solidifying grease, formulated for enhanced long-term protection and lubrication in harsh environments. It offers a wide range of thermal stability, and is an excellent barrier for moisture, water, and corrosion.

R14PTFE is non-toxic, non-staining, and chemically resistant. It is ideal for plastics and natural or synthetic rubbers, works well as a mould release agent, and is safe to be used in areas where incidental food contact may occur.

R14PTFE is highly recommended for:

• Reducing friction between plastics and rubbers, increasing the life of seals, o-rings, gaskets, and metal to metal moving components with regular use
• Providing lubrication between rubber to rubber, and plastic to plastic surfaces
• Lubricating screw threads, taps, and valves, preventing corrosion and sticking
• Creating a moisture barrier for outdoor fittings and battery terminals, preventing the generation and build-up of rust

Note: DEOX R14 Silicone Dielectric Grease with PTFE is not formulated for metal to metal load bearing lubrications.

DEOX R35 White Petroleum Jelly

White Petroleum Jelly is a stable, pharmaceutical grade assembly lubricant consisting of highly refined and purified hydrocarbons which have been specifically manufactured to meet USP, BP, IP, and Ph.EUR pharmacopoeias standards and requirements. The formulation is non-toxic and completely safe for industrial use.

As a high viscosity premium grade lubricant, DEOX R35 offers excellent temporary corrosion protection with good oil retaining capacity – even at elevated temperatures. It is insoluble in water and easily removed using solvents.

White Petroleum Jelly is non-staining and safe for use with food processing conveyors and equipment, with hundreds more uses across all industries, including:

∙ Lubrication of o-rings and rubber grommets

DEOX R43 Premium EP Red Lithium Complex Grease

DEOX R43 Premium EP Red Lithium Complex Grease is formulated to provide high grade lubricating qualities over a wide range of extreme pressure environments. It works excessively well in operating temperatures between 5°C and 250°C, and its combination of polymers/tackifiers and base oils ensure that it will always stay where applied – even in less desirable conditions, including mud, water, and dirt.

R43 offers excellent long-lasting corrosion and anti-wear protection, extending the service life of moving parts. It is commonly used in the automotive industry, and for equipment and machinery working in harsh outdoor climates, such as construction and roadwork sites, mining, farming, railway, and marine.

DEOX R45 Premium Non-Melt Grease

DEOX R45 Premium Non-Melt Grease is an advanced, high temperature bentonite-based formula with excellent resistance to water wash-out. It is highly recommended for anti-friction bearings, offering long-lasting corrosion and anti-wear protection to reduce friction and extend the service life of moving parts.

DEOX R45 has no dropping point and can be used on overhead conveyor bearings at maximum temperatures, remaining consistently stable throughout to ensure the highest performance.

 

DEOX R555 All Purpose Lanolin Wool Grease

DEOX R555 All Purpose Lanolin Wool Grease is a thick and tacky superior corrosion preventative with a multitude of features ranging from lubrication to oxidation resistance. It protects metals, plastics, and painted surfaces from humidity and moisture intrusion, mild chemical assaults, and salt spray deposits, creating a long term non-toxic barrier which remains in place for years under most conditions – incl. under water where it is safe for aquatic life. R555 is a fantastic surface barrier for items in long-term storage.

As a natural, non-conductive lubricant free of solvents and chemicals, R555 can be used as a dielectric grease, protecting electrical connections and battery terminals. It also protects moving components from seizing, binding, and freezing, and reduces wear. It can be used to lubricate nuts and bolts, gears and levers, locks and hinges, and door runners, and is safe for use in hydraulic and pneumatic tools. As a biodegradable grease, R555 is suitable for farming and landscaping to lubricate and protect machinery and blades from the elements, without harming plant life.

DEOX R888 Marine Grease

DEOX R888 Premium Heavy Duty Marine Grease is specially formulated to offer superior lubrication and protection in wet, or moisture-saturated environments. It is long-lasting and resistant to oxidation and high temperatures, and is recommended for use where exposure to harsh elements is a major consideration.

R888 contains a calcium sulfonate base which offers excellent corrosion protection and extreme pressure properties. It neutralises strong acids and disperses harmful deposits, bonding horizontally to metal surfaces to form a fish scale-like coating.

Marine Grease is ideal for application on anchor winches, outboard assemblies, roller bearings, ball bearings, trailers, and much more.
