Rapidstick™ RS-60 All-In-One Silicone Sealant
Rapidstick™ RS-60 All-In-One Silicone Sealant is a durable, non-tacky, highly adhesive waterproof sealant with permanent elasticity, specially formulated for expansion joints – particularly those exposed to the outside elements. It has low shrinkage and is resistant to UV damage, fading, abrasion, and cracking, and is suitable for use in harsh environments or under extreme temperature conditions.
RS-60 can be applied to un-primed or painted surfaces without a reduction in performance, adhering incredibly well to most commercial paints, coatings, and glazes for a lifetime, no replacement bond. Its no-slump single component neutral cure formula slowly absorbs atmospheric moisture to form a permanent elastomeric seal. Once thoroughly cured, RS-60 is unbeatably tough, and will not degrade or lose flexibility with time.

Rapidstick™ Silicone Potting Compound is a room temperature curing RTV rubber which features excellent electrical insulation, high moisture resistance, and a wide temperature range of -60°C to 300°C. Being of relatively low viscosity, it allows complete encapsulation for weather-proofing and mechanical shock protection, and is non-corrosive to copper.
Silicone Potting Compound arrives in a two-part kit – Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) – both parts of which are easily combined at a ratio of 1:1 (by volume). Mixing and application may be performed manually or mechanically, with the cured elastomer drying opaque and moderately hard.

Rapidstick™ Surface Mount Epoxy is an easy-to-use one-part epoxy adhesive, specially designed for electronic assemblies. It bonds surfaces of mounted devices to printed circuit boards prior to double-sided reflow or wave solder assembly, and is ideally suited to printing a range of dot heights with one stencil thickness, and where high wet strength characteristics and high print speeds are necessary.
Surface Mount Epoxy has rapid thermal cure properties, robust handling characteristics, and is formulated to resist shear thinning. The viscosity and surface tension prove ideal for high speed placement equipment.
SME offers excellent adhesion to metal, ceramics, and glass-filled epoxy surfaces, and is suitable for all open squeegee and enclosed head stencil printing systems.

Screen-Kleen M Stencil Cleaner is an effective and economical solvent blend, formulated to be completely compatible with all commonly used solder pastes. It offers a fast evaporation rate, and dries without leaving any residue.
Unlike other hand applied stencil cleaners, Screen-Kleen M helps to reduce solder paste dry-out while enhancing its release from even the finest apertures. This extends the on-screen life of the solder paste, allowing for a greater number of prints between cleaning.
Screen-Kleen M is chlorine-free and free of halogenated solvents. Its use will reduce the risk of print defects, such as smears and bridging, without interfering with the soldering process.

Solder Wick, also known as ‘Solder Braid’ or ‘Desoldering Wick’, is RoHS compliant and can be used with leaded and lead free rework. It is used most often in the rework and repair of circuit boards within computers, cell phones, or other electronics. It allows the user to remove excess solder from components or pads on the circuit board without leaving any residues behind. Chemtools Solder Wick products maximise thermal conduction and solder retention.
Solder Wick is made with an oxide-free copper braided into a weave configuration. Immediately after braiding, the wick is cleaned in an environmentally friendly process. Every precaution is taken to ensure that the braid remains oxide-free until it is coated through a proprietary fluxing process using pure type ‘R’ resin flux conforming to all the requirements of Mil-F14256F, Type ‘R’, as well as ANSI/J-STD-004.

Thermalle™ CARBOVOLT Carbon Conductive Grease is formulated with a carbon-based additive to provide excellent conductivity and lubrication. It is an economical low-cost mechanical and thermal conductor for irregular or pitted surfaces and loose or vibrating parts. CARBOVOLT will protect closed switches from corrosion, prevent the formation of oxides, sulphides, and other corroding deposits on copper and aluminium surfaces, improve the connection between worn contacts and non-moving mating surfaces, and reduce arcing hot spots.
CARBOVOLT relies on a proprietary carbon filler rather than traditional metallic particles for electrical conductivity.
