Rapidstick™ 8510 is specially formulated for rigid flange faces on transmissions, motor casings, cast-iron components, and pump housings, providing an instant, low pressure seal after application, with no threat of shrinking, creeping, or breaking.
8510 increases the torque capacity of assembled flanges, completely filling and eliminating surface scratches, voids, and other irregularities for a tighter and more stable seal. It has high temperature tolerance and excellent chemical resistance to prevent the escape of fluids and gases over the life of the connection.
Note: If the material is an inactive metal, or the cure speed is too slow, it is recommended to apply Rapidstick™ 8-3471 Anaerobic Adhesives Primer.

Rapidstick™ 8515 Gasket Sealant (Machined Surfaces, Flexible Bonding)
Rapidstick™ 8515 is specially formulated for machined metal flanges, allowing minor flexibility whilst maintaining a complete seal. It is ideal for pumps, thermostats, compressors, and transmission housings, and offers a fast cure for formed-in-place gaskets and gasket repairs.
8515 completely fills and eliminates surface scratches, voids, and other irregularities for a tighter and more stable seal, with no threat of shrinking, creeping, or breaking. It also maintains a chemical resistance to prevent the escape of fluids and gases over the life of the connection. Low pressure resistance is gained immediately after assembly of flanges.
Note: If the material is an inactive metal, or the cure speed is too slow, it is recommended to apply Rapidstick™ 8-3471 Anaerobic Adhesives Primer.

Rapidstick™ 8518 Gasket Sealant (Contaminated Surfaces, Semi-Flex Bonding)
Rapidstick™ 8518 has an enhanced sealing capability on surfaces that may be contaminated with oils and greases. It is ideal for use on cast-iron, steel, and aluminium flanges, providing a semi-flexible seal between rigid connections such as transmissions and engine housings.
8518 has high chemical resistance and creates an instant low pressure seal upon application. It can be used as a formed-in-place gasket and will completely fill surface scratches and voids, creating an enhanced seal over irregular surfaces, with no threat of shrinking, creeping, or breaking.
Note: If the material is an inactive metal, or the cure speed is too slow, it is recommended to apply Rapidstick™ 8-3471 Anaerobic Adhesives Primer.

Rapidstick™ 8574 Gasket Sealant (Tight Surfaces, Rigid Bonding)
Rapidstick™ 8574 can be used on close fitting, rigid machined surfaces such as cast-iron components, gearboxes, and engine casings. It has excellent oil resistance, and high chemical tolerance, and is particularly suited for screen-printing complex gasket designs, and formed-in-place gaskets.
8574 offers with no threat of shrinking, creeping, or breaking. It provides low pressure resistance immediately after application, and will completely fill surface scratches and voids, creating an enhanced seal over irregular surfaces for the life of the connection.
Note: If the material is an inactive metal, or the cure speed is too slow, it is recommended to apply Rapidstick™ 8-3471 Anaerobic Adhesives Primer.
