DEOX R06 Graphite Anti-Seize contains pure graphite and is used to protect against extreme temperature seizing and corrosion, allowing for easy disassembly of parts and equipment. It is resistant to most chemicals, salt water, and exposure to the elements, and is designed for industrial use on corrosion resistant alloys.

R06 resists galling and minimises corrosion on threaded parts. Its advanced formula is non-hardening and non-dripping, and will remain homogenous during storage. Economically, R06 is a Best Choice lubricant recommended for use on austenitic stainless steel, nickel, titanium, cobalt, and other alloys.

DEOX R12 No Slip Belt Grip provides an instant, non-staining, non-drying, tacky grip. It reduces slippage, cracking, breakage, and the build-up of grease and dirt, assisting with belt flexibility
and adhering strongly to any belt material or type, including flat, V, and round.

R12 is non-toxic and will not stain products on conveyor belts. It remains tacky and resists water, keeping belts clean without attracting dust. Regular use will increase the life of belts of all sizes, from larger high-load industrial belts, to appliance drive belts and fan belts.

DEOX R14 Silicone Dielectric Grease offers excellent dielectric properties with extreme high and low temperature capabilities, water resiliency, and oxidation resistance. It reduces friction, increasing the life of vacuum seals, o-rings, belts, and non metal-to-metal moving components with regular use.

R14 can be used as a long-term lubricant for plastics and rubbers, whilst shielding from moisture and contaminants. It provides a rust-proof seal against environmental exposure and corrosion, insulating spark plugs and electrical wiring.

DEOX R20 Food Safe Machine Grease is a high performing lubricant offering exceptional mechanical stability, corrosion protection, and water resistance. It utilises pharmaceutical base oils and a complex calcium sulphonate thickener which combine to provide a state of the art grease with extreme pressure resistance and excellent thermal stability.

R20FS remains tacky and has a high drop point, making it ideal for use in aggressive environments on loads with very high carrying capacity. Its anti-wear properties reduce scuffing, scoring, and seizure of contacting surfaces, while resisting oxidation and water washout.

Food Safe Machine Grease is excellent in mildly acidic or very wet environments and is universally compatible with industrial tracks, conveyors, belts, and bearings on kitchen appliances, food processing machinery and pharmaceutical equipment.

FOOD SAFETY
DEOX R20 Food Safe Machine Grease in bulk (non-aerosol) form is NSF H1 approved and can be used in locations in which there is a potential exposure of the lubricated part to food, or where incidental food contact can occur. It meets the requirements of the NSF Nonfood Compounds program. Both the bulk and aerosol versions of this product contain no known allergens present in its formula or the manufacturing thereof, and may be used in areas of incidental food contact.

DEOX R88 Heavy Duty Rust Preventative is specially formulated to protect against the most severe and corrosive environmental conditions. It leaves a thin but tough silicone-free translucent film that can be easily removed with readily available degreasing solvents.

Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, R88 should be applied when maximum protection is needed against moisture intrusion. It contains excellent rust preventative properties, and is ideal for hand tools and machined parts, penetrating easily into hard to reach areas that are often prone to corrosion.

DEOX R88 protects from salt deposits and high humidity, performing exceptionally well in mining, chemical, and other corrosive environments. Spray over surfaces during long-term or off-season parts storage as an added moisture protective layer.

Chemtools Heavy Duty Engine Degreaser 300g Areosol (CT-EDG)
