The Bayonet Helical Static Mixing Nozzle contains 16 heavy duty polypropylene mixing elements within the shaft to ensure a perfect mix of both components. The tapered and stepped Quadro square nozzle allows for dispensing directly onto surfaces to be glued, or, for larger beads, it may be cut to suit the size of the bead required. A luer lock needle tip may also be added for dispensing into tight spaces, or when smaller beads are required.
The square geometry of the inner core consists of a series of alternating left- and right-hand elements with intermittent flow inverters. R14SF is a water repellent rust preventative, and with neutral acidity, it is chemically inert to most common materials. It is soluble in a wide range of solvents and is used in multiple industrial applications, such as paint and coating additives, mechanical fluids and penetrating oils, high gloss polishes, thread lubricants, oil heaters, wet transformers, and many others. DEOX R15 Food Safe Industrial Chain Lubricant is a non-toxic, solvent-free water resistant lubricating spray, recommended for all types of chain and conveyor applications in food processing machinery, pharmaceutical, and other clean environments. It is formulated with high performance additives and paraffinic white oils for thermal stability and lubricity. Regular use may increase the service life of chains and machinery, minimising down time and increasing productivity.
R15FS provides excellent corrosion and wear protection, and contains adhesive properties which allow it to cling to the surface and resist both hot and cold water wash-off.
