Tap-N-Cool Soluble Cutting Fluid – GP
Tap-N-Cool Soluble Cutting Fluid – GP is a medium duty, non-staining blend of solvent refined mineral oils and specialised additives for extreme pressure protection. Its long-lasting lubricating formula boasts a highly effective biocide package to ensure the in-use emulsion resists forming bacteria and fungus, thereby reducing spoilage and odours.
SCGO provides an excellent finish on a wide variety of metals, offering good corrosion inhibition to maintain a rust-free environment for machine tools and finished parts. It remains highly stable when diluted – even when mixed with hard water up to 400ppm, while its application range extends to high speed machines where the primary requirements are cooling and surface finish.

Usage
Sikaflex®-227 is suitable for sealing, seam sealing, simple bonding as well as for vibration reduction and sound deadening measures in crash body repair and car body construction. Suitable substrates are metal primers and paint coatings (2-c systems), metals, painted plastics and plastics.
Seek manufacturer’s advice and perform tests on original substrates before using Sikaflex®-227 on materials prone to stress cracking. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only.
