Thermalle™ VOLTGUARD Electrician’s Dielectric Grease

Thermalle™ VOLTGUARD Electrician’s Dielectric Grease is a premium, non-toxic silicone-based grease that provides superior electrical insulation, excellent lubrication and water resistance, and high corrosion protection in a wide range of applications. It is non-curing, non-melting, and formulated to withstand extreme temperatures and harsh environments, with an operating range of -50°C to 200°C.

Compatible with most plastics and rubbers, and suitable for use around o-rings and seals, VOLTGUARD is commonly applied to bulbs and connectors (see below), spark plug boots, battery terminals, automotive ignition systems, electrical switches, and more.
