The BM25 is an easy to use, portable heavy-duty machine designed for bevelling steel plates prior to welding. The beveller is equipped with powerful motor and fitted with face milling bevelling head, allowing smooth operation and exceptional efficiency.
BM25 enables milling straight edges up to 25mm bevel width, whereas variable spindle speed facilitates optimizing cutting conditions. Continuously adjustable milling depth and bevel angle between 0° and 90° require no tooling to change. BM25 has got a state-of-the-art electronic motor overload module protecting the operator, the machine and the tooling.
The beveller is equipped with guide rollers, which make it easy and light to operate.

The ABM 50 produces accurate high-quality double-sided bevels without thermal distortion or creation of heat affected zone on plate thickness range 8-80 mm (15/16″ – 3 1/8″) using a purpose designed milling head with eight 4-sided indexable cutting inserts. Continuously adjustable bevel angle between 15 and 60 degrees (for both top and bottom beveling) requires no tooling to change.

Bevelling MachinesITM Pro 40 PBS Stationary Pipe Bevelling Machine
High-speed rotary milling head with replaceable inserts. Heavy duty milling head offers accurate bevels in a fraction of the time compared to traditional single point machining. Bevel widths up to 45mm and angles between 0° and 60°. Internal bevelling and J-groove end preparation is an available option. An optional Oval Pipe attachment is available for bevelling of pipe which is not truly round.
